2. What data we collect
Data you enter in the application form: first name, last name, company/brand name, phone number, email address, product categories and the approximate space you need.
Technical data: anonymous visit and event statistics from the Meta Pixel (page view, application submitted), used to measure and optimise our advertising campaigns.
3. Why we use it
To contact you about your application and provide information about showroom spaces at Home District Skopje.
For internal records of applications and to improve our offer and communication.
To measure the performance of our online campaigns.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the consent box in the form and submitting it.
If the consent box is unticked, your data is not processed and no partial application is sent — anything entered in the form is discarded when you close it.
If the box is ticked but you do not complete the application, we may use the contact details you entered to reach out to you.
5. Where the data is stored
Applications are stored in a secured database with restricted access and forwarded to our sales team's internal channel.
Only authorised members of our team have access.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as there is a business interest following your application, and no longer than 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only use technical processors necessary for operation (hosting, database, internal communication and advertising measurement platforms).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
